Students with Learning and Other Disabilities
The teachers shall report to the Level Coordinators observations and/or findings which may indicate the existence of a learning difficulty in any of the students.
The school shall immediately inform the parents/guardians concerned of the observed difficulty and of the course of action the school believes appropriate. The remediation program shall be for a specific period of time.
The parents shall agree to the following:
- Regular meetings with the student's teacher to determine the child's progress
- Additional professional help as may be deemed necessary
- Transfer of the child to another school
- should the best efforts of the school to remedy or alleviate the difficulty not prove effective and / or
- should the parents not cooperate with the school in the implementation of the remediation program.

Further, the school reserves the right to levy additional fees on students who may need special programs to help them cope with their learning disabilities.
