It is important that arrival and dismissal times be closely adhered to. Teachers use the time before class to prepare the classrooms and themselves for a smooth and productive day. Parents are requested to drop off their children at least ten (10) minutes before the start of classes. The main door leading to the Casa classrooms opens at 7:30 a.m. Casa and Elementary children may go directly to their classrooms upon arrival.

Parents are not allowed to stay within the school premises during class hours unless they are on official business.

Parents are strongly encouraged to pick up their children as soon as they are dismissed, either from regular classes or enrichment activities. Children who are picked up late often feel awkward, embarassed and sometimes, afraid. Casa children who have not been picked up 30 minutes after dismissal time will be asked to wait in the Receiving Room at the office.
